Can We Cancel Anytime?


Yes. Remember to initiate your cancellation request at least ten days before the next invoice date. Please activate your request through our support email. You’re not locked in any contracts with us!

What Other Fees Can We Expect?


The only other charges you have to worry about besides our monthly subscription are 1hr set-up fee * and for texts, emails, & calls. Each subscription comes with a set amount of credits a client can use each month. If you end up going over that limit, no worries, It will turn into a pay-as-you-go system until the next month begins.

*Set-Up service is optional but highly recommended.

Requiring onboarding and coaching calls for our ELead-Biz users is a proactive approach to ensuring that our customers get the most value out of our CRM platform.

Do We Have To Pay For Any New Features?


No, you are grandfathered in! We will regularly be updating our templates and adding new features.
